Infrared Asphalt Repair

Introducing the Infrared Asphalt Restorer

The infrared process heats asphalt surfaces to a pliable state, allowing for smooth and level repairs on road surface defects, such as:

  • Potholes

  • Utility Cuts

  • Trenches

  • Bird Baths

  • High Spots

  • Pavement Seams

  • Manhole Covers

  • Failed Repairs

Quick Asphalt Repairs in 30 Minutes!

FLA1 Paving brings you speedy asphalt repairs in just 30 minutes! Our INFRARED heaters warm even the oldest asphalt to 290°F (140°C), making it pliable without damaging the pavement. Once heated, the asphalt becomes fluid and can be easily raked level. We then add new hot mix asphalt to seamlessly blend the repair with the existing surface. Thanks to our advanced equipment, what used to take 5-6 hours for a 6’ x 8’ pothole now takes a fraction of the time.

We handle asphalt repairs quickly and affordably, delivering superior results with our infrared (seamless) repair method.
Benefits of Infrared Asphalt Repairs

Cost Effective - Infrared repairs are quick, reducing labor costs and saving on raw materials. We precisely target the areas needing repair, using fewer materials overall.

Less Traffic Interruptions - Asphalt is ready for traffic shortly after installation. Our trucks and equipment are mobilized efficiently around the clock, ensuring no downtime for your business.

Limitations of Infrared Asphalt Repairs

Failed Pavement - Infrared repairs are not suitable for severely raveled, alligator cracked, or fatigue cracked asphalt. Long-term solutions may require a new asphalt overlay or repairs to the base course.

If extensive repairs are needed in your parking lot, asphalt pavement repair or patching may not be the most effective solution. If over 25% of the asphalt is damaged, consider the benefits of an asphalt overlay across the entire surface.
